CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Manuel is Co-Founder and Chairman of flovtec. He is also a Co-Founder and member of the board of Sygnum. Manuel served as CEO Switzerland and was a member of the Executive Board from the founding of Sygnum until October 1, 2020, when he transitioned to the Board of Directors. Prior to that, he established a Family Office in Switzerland, where he was CEO. Previously, he was the Head of Multi Asset Class Portfolio Management at Wegelin Asset Management / 1741 Asset Management. Manuel is also a Founding Partner of the Blockchain Hub Trust Square. He holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, and a Master of Arts in Information Management (Computer Science and Economics) from the University of Fribourg.

Daniel Diemers is a strategist, startup-coach and investor. For many years, he served as strategy partner in financial services with Booz & Co., later renamed PwC Strategy&, working with clients across Europe and Middle East. He also acted as MD Switzerland for Strategy& and PwC's Head of Blockchain EMEA. Prior to this, he was an entrepreneur building intelligent agents for trend monitoring and early warning systems. He is a Dr.oec.HSG in economics by the University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master in International Management. Further studies brought him to Singularity University (exponential technologies) and the MIT (artificial intelligence).

Anton Golub is the Founder and CEO of flovtec. Previously, he was the co-founder of Lykke Corp and served as its Chief Science Officer. He is also a co-founder of Trust Square, one of the world's largest Blockchain hubs. Anton held positions at Olsen Ltd as a Quantitative Researcher, at UK Treasury as a part of The Foresight Project — the Future of Computer Trading in Financial Markets project commissioned by UK Treasury, and at Manchester Business School as a Researcher and Visiting Researcher. Anton attended Advanced Risk and Portfolio Management at Baruch College, CUNY and holds a Master in Financial and Business Mathematics from the University of Zagreb.
